November: Flavourful Feasts and Comfort Food

5th November – Stuffed Chicken Delight

We’re kicking off November with a culinary favourite: Stuffed Chicken wrapped in Bacon. Imagine the excitement of prepping a savoury chicken stuffing, wrapping it with crispy bacon, and pairing it with Crushed Baby Potatoes and bright Petit Pois (that’s French for peas!). And to top it all off, we’ll be whisking up a Creamy Dijon Mustard Sauce that brings a hint of tangy warmth to the plate. Your junior chefs will be mastering the art of stuffing and wrapping, creating sides, and blending flavours in this cozy, comforting dish.

12th November – Beef Stroganoff Magic

This week, it’s all about the classics. The kids will be diving into Beef Stroganoff with tender Button Mushrooms and an aromatic Garlic Butter Rice. It’s a hearty meal that warms you from the inside out – perfect for the darker evenings. They’ll learn how to cook beef to perfection, make garlic butter rice, and sauté mushrooms like pros. Get ready for some seriously delicious smells in the kitchen!

19th November – Apple Crumble Loaf & Homemade Custard With GEM

For this warming Baking Class! We’re creating an Apple Crumble Loaf that will fill the kitchen with cozy, cinnamon-spiced aromas. But we’re not stopping there – we’ll also make Homemade Custard to drizzle over each slice. From mixing the crumble to baking the loaf and stirring the custard, kids will have a blast creating (and tasting) this seasonal favourite!

26th November – Pork Schnitzel and Comfort Sides

To wrap up November, we’re cooking Pork Schnitzel with a tasty lineup of sides: Honey-Glazed Carrots, creamy Mashed Potatoes, and a Mushroom Cream Sauce. It’s a crispy, savoury feast that’s surprisingly easy to make! This class will focus on breading, frying, and making a velvety mushroom sauce that’s perfect for winter nights.

December: Festive Fun and Holiday Flavours

3rd December – Sausage Rolls & Brie Bites

Our December classes kick off with holiday appetizers: Sausage Rolls and Breaded Brie with a Red Cabbage Slaw. Kids will get hands-on with puff pastry, breading brie, and mixing up a crunchy slaw. These snacks are perfect for festive gatherings and holiday dinners – watch out, they might want to make these for every occasion!

10th December – Kids’ Choice!

On December 10th, it’s all up to the kids! We’re letting them vote for their favorite recipe of the year, or maybe even a holiday-inspired dish they’ve been dreaming of making. Whether they choose a crowd-pleasing favorite or get creative with a festive dish, this class is about having fun and cooking what they love!

17th December – Gourmet Chocolate Box

For our final class of the year, we’re going gourmet! The kids will create a Gourmet Chocolate Box that’s perfect for gifting (or for treating themselves!). They’ll learn the art of tempering chocolate, filling each piece with festive flavors, and decorating them like pros. These gourmet treats make beautiful gifts – and who knows, they might even save you a few for under the tree!

As we wrap up the year, these classes are all about sharing, learning, and making memories. From hearty dinners to festive treats, there’s something for every young chef to enjoy and be proud of creating. We can’t wait to celebrate the holiday season with your kids in the kitchen, one delicious dish at a time
