Traditional sponge Traybake

On Friday 31st March, ovens around Ireland will go into overdrive to raise vital funds for the Children’s Health Foundation and the children they care for in Crumlin, Temple Street, Tallaght and Connolly hospitals. The Great Irish Bake aims to get us all measuring, mixing and munching to support this important cause.

Whether you whip up some scones for the family or plan a cake sale for the community, you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of sick children. And, of course, if the 31st March doesn’t suit you, you can pick a date that does.

You can even join in on the action for our Kids in the kitchen class with Gem this Tuesday 21st.

We will be making our Traditional Sponge Traybake!

hope to see you all there
