Potato Gratin
Hey Lovelies,
Our homemade Potato Gratin brings a real touch of luxury to any Christmas feast. You can make this dish in advance of the big day and freeze it and let it gently defrost on Christmas eve in the fridge. Just pop it back into the oven on Christmas day at 180c for 30 minutes to reheat.
Happy cooking,
Jolene and Lil’s
