Pasta Al Forno

For our kids in the kitchen class this week we are making Pasta al Forno. An Italian classic, which is pasta bake!

We are going to use fresh pasta (if possible ) so the children can make the recipe completely independently.

They will just need their adults to take the dish out of the oven when it’s bubbling and cooked) you will find fresh pasta in the fridge section of most supermarkets (I get mine in lidl)

if you can’t find it don’t worry we will just use some regular pasta and boil it during class, drain it, and add it to our bake.

Enjoy
