Halloween Witches Hats
Such a fun activite for children of all ages this Halloween.
Equipment
- 1 Chopping board
- 1 mixing bowl
- 1 Saucepan
- 1 pastry brush
Ingredients
- 6 ice cream cones
- 6 chocolate digestives
- 300 g milk chocolate
- 100 g sprinkles
- 50 g jelly tots
- 50 g smarties
- 50 g pickled onions
Instructions
- Break up the chocolate and add it to your large mixing bowl
- Place the bowl over a large saucepan of simmering water
- With an adults help melt the chocolate stirring as it melts
- Brush the plain side of the digestive with chocolate
- Fill your ice cream cone with a mix of treats or tricks
- Brush the edges with chocolate
- Using the chocolate as glue stick the digestive to the top of the ice cream cone to hold in the treats
- Now you can stand your witches hat on the counter secure it with some more chocolate glue
- Brush the whole hat with chocolate coating it twice
- Decorate with coloured sprinkles
