This seaside crumble is a great way to get the fish into the smallies, if it isn’t their thing. It’s also a great introduction to Fish for babies.(because the cod is really subtle and the recipe tastes so creamy)
I’ve been trying to get more fish into the family for a while now.. I love fish, and I’ve mentioned before if I was out
for a meal, I always order fish,, (hint hint “one yummy daddy,, I haven’t been out in ages”) One yummy daddy and “yum” both aren’t that great on the fishy fish.. they don’t like salmon or prawns (which I love) so I’m trying to break them in gently..
It’s really easy to cook, but tastes posh enough to have as a “Friday night dinner”.. with a glass of vino.. (for mammy and daddy , when the kiddos have gone to bed) it,s also a good one if you have a few buddys and thier kiddys over for lunch..
For any slimming world folk,s this dish is free using the parmesan as your healthy extra a and bread crumbs as your healthy extra b.. it really tastes like a cheat meal..
