Sausage Casserole

I’ve just looked out the window and its snowing out there. Winter has arrived with a bang, with no warning. Comfort sausage-casserole-5food season has landed, warming stews and casseroles that give you a hug with every bite on a cold day. (I love snuggling in on a winter evening)  This Sausage casserole has been a staple in our house  for years,   I’ve been on the look out for a  healthier  tastier sausage (before I shared it with you guys). It took me a while but I found them this  week in the shape of  the little good company sausages which are now sold in Dunnes stores in Ireland, (they have been around the Uk for a while) .. You can win a hamper of them on the blog this week here

This sausage casserole is super easy to cook, packs a flavour punch and is  a family favourite in One Yummy Mummy hq.. we serve it piled high on top of rice and never have any leftovers to freeze,,, (plates are licked ) no shame

Get in touch .. I can’t wait to hear how you guys get on with this one x
