Preheat oven to 180c fan
Wash and slice potatoes into rectangular chips
Parboil for 6 mins
Meanwhile prep cod by feeling for a bone line and slicing it out ( the easiest way to remove bones effectively)
Add a tablespoon of lemon zest and a good smear of cream cheese to the top of each cod fillet
Finish with a scattering of cracker crumbs on top and leave to one side
Season each fillet with salt and pepper
Prep asparagus by snapping the woody ends off
Drizzle a flat baking tray with oil
Drain chips and add them to the tray making sure you don't overcrowd them
Oven bake the chips for 40 mins taking them out after 20 shake
Adding the cod and asparagus after 30 mins
Finish in the oven for 30 minutes with another drizzle of oil, season with salt and pepper
Serve each plate with cod, chips and asparagus
