Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200c /180c fan/gas mark 4
Using a wooden spoon, cream together the butter and both types of sugar. Keep going until the mixture seems light and fluffy.
Crack in the egg and mix again.
Add the vanilla and give another mix.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix until you reach a thick cookie dough texture.
Add the white chocolate chips and mix once more.
Divide the mix in half and roll one half in cling film to freeze for Santa.
Roll the remainder into 6 balls and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
