Preheat oven 180 c fan gas / mark 4
Prepare a baking tray with greaseproof paper
Peel and Grate your apple and onion and peel and crush your garlic (you can add to a mini chopper or food processer with adult supervision)
Skin your sausages by making a small incision in the skin at the top and peeling like shown
To a large mixing bowl add the apple, onion garlic and sausage meat
Add the sage and season with salt and cracked black pepper
Get your hands in a give a good mix
Cut the puff pastry into 6 rectangles
One at a time roll a sausage shape out of the sausage meat
Put your mix onto the edge of the pastry and fold and seal pressing the edges down with a fork
Brush each one with a lightly beaten egg
Place 2cm spaced apart onto a baking tray
Bake in the oven for 30 mins
