Preheat oven to 180c Fan and Line your two baking trays with parchment paper
For the chicken
With a scissors trim each breast removing any skin or excess fat and then slice into strips
add to a baking tray with a drizzle of oil and our own fajita spice seasoning
place in the top shelf of the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes
Nachos
cut the tortilla wraps into triangles with your scissors, add to a baking tray with a drizzle of rapeseed oil and seasoning. mix with your hands and spreading out on the tray. bake for 8 minutes in the bottom of the oven
Cheese sauce
Add the Cheese to a saucepan
Mix in the cornflour
Pour over the evaporated Milk
Place on a gentle heat stirring until the cheese melts into a silkily Sauce
salsa
Slice the tomato in half with your chopping knife using the bridge method
Using a spoon remove the seeds
Then dice with your knife and add your tomato to a bowl
Peel and slice the red onion using the bridge and claw method
Half the lime and squeeze it over the tomato
Snip with your scissors some coriander or parsely and give a good mix
Season with a little salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar

scoop out the flesh with a spoon add to a bowl and mash with your potato masher
add the garlic, chili and Squeeze in the other half of the lime , give a good mix
