Hey, lovelies,
Speedy beef noodles are so handy to have up your sleeves if you’re stuck for time. This dish can be cooked from the press to plate in around 20 mins flat.
As the summer comes to an end and the new school term begins this is a great recipe to wack in the wok after school to fill any rumbly tummies before you tackle the mountain of homework.
An added bonus is “what kid doesn’t love noodles eh”

Ingredients
(serves 4)
- 3-minute steaks
- a little sesame oil for frying
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 5 centimeter cubed ginger grated
- 1 onion
- 1 red pepper
- 300g dried noodles
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce (optional)
- a sprinkle of sesame seeds
Method
crush your garlic and grate ginger, chop all your veggies to stir-fry
slice the steak into thin strips
cook noodles according to packet
heat a little sesame oil over a medium heat on a wok
whack in your ginger and garlic and fry for a min
add in your steak slices and cook tossing in the pan for around 3 mins
now put in in your veggies and stir-fry for around 2 mins
in a little bowl mix soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce and sweet chili (The sweet chili is optional depending on if your smallies like a bit of heat)
pour your sauce over the veggies and steak and season with a little salt and pepper, give a good mix
finish by adding your cooked drained noodles (add a little oil to these if you think they,re sticking) and give one last mix.
top with a little sprinkle of sesame seeds.
