This seaside crumble is a great way to get the fish into the smallies, if it isn’t their thing. It’s also a great introduction to Fish for babies.(because the cod is really subtle and the recipe tastes so creamy)
I’ve been trying to get more fish into the family for a while now.. I love fish, and I’ve mentioned before if I was out for a meal, I always order fish.
My other half and Lils” both aren’t that great on the fishy fish, they don’t like salmon or prawns (which I love) so I’m trying to break them in gently.
This dish is super easy to cook but tastes posh enough to have as a “Friday night dinner”.. with a glass of vino or two (for mammy and daddy, when the kiddos have gone to bed)
it,s also a good one if you have a few buddies and their kiddies over for lunch..
For any slimming world folk,s this dish is free using the parmesan as your healthy extra a and bread crumbs as your healthy extra b.. it really tastes like a cheat meal.

I love fish pie, but have never made a crumble version – will definitely give this a go. It looks delicious 🙂
Looks fabulous I will have to give this one a try. It’s been ages since I’ve made anything like this. Thanks for the recipe!
This sounds like so delicious. I will be making this.
I really don’t like fish, apart from Haddock. I’m worried about having to give my little girl fish when I have no idea what to do with it
This looks so tasty! I’ve been trying to do the same and get the kids to eat more fish, this is so one to try! thanks! h x
This looks incredible! I love fish, unfortunately the only fish I can get my kids to eat is salmon or the fish fingers! I am hoping they will develop a love for the strong taste of fish at some point x
This looks so nice, I’ve never thought of using breadcrumbs as a topping lie this before x
