kiddy chicken Fried Rice

She is two, and want,s to let me know she’s not going to agree with everything I have on the menu ūüôā¬† For now, i,m just going with the flow and not making a issue out of it… I also have a few tips to fall back on if needed. When I’m stuck, My kiddy fried rice recipe always goes down a treat if all else fails! (little chancer)

This is a really easy way to cook egg fried rice (with out it ending up like scrambled egg) The trick is to use cold cooked rice ,¬†frying your egg on one end and your veggies on the other I can honestly say I have never had a child refuse this one… ¬†(YET)

  1. I’m always a bit wary when using rice, because of reheating bacteria problems. Can this be reheated once it is complete? Lovely recipe, I’m gonna try tonight.

    • hey, to be honest I wouldn’t recommend reheating it once its cooked… much better to serve once cooked… Thank you so much for taking the time to comment
