My First live cooking Demo

Hey, lovelies,

I’m delighted to announce that I’m going to be part of the line up in the red line book festival 2018.

The Red Line Book Festival is a celebration of all things literary; be it spoken, written, sung, played, illustrated cooked or even just thought! It provides a programme of events and workshops that appeal to people of all ages and interests, from children to adults and casual readers to book worms.

There is an extensive line up of authors this year and when I picked up the program of events in Tallaght library this week I’m still getting used to seeing myself amongst such a high Calabar of authors actors and broadcasters.

My event is at the Civic Theater on Saturday 13 October at 2 pm. A prime slot and actually the very same spot the Happy pear did last year! (big shoes to fill )

I’ve got loads in store for the day, I’m just so excited that I finally get to feed you!

I want you girlies to come, eat, have a laugh and maybe learn a few little cooking tips.

I’m going to have a chat about my cookbook “One Yummy Mummy Family Food Made easy”

Tell you guys what the heart of the book is, the recipes, the photos and all about my mission to make “home cooking the new convenience”.

I will also talk about our “Home cooks Ireland Facebook group and our 4 moderators of the group Emma, Ciara, Amellia and Jessica with be traveling from the 4 corners of Ireland be there to relax  ( maybe hand out a few samples 😉) at the event with you.

I’ll be cooking one of my go-to family favourite recipes with a certain little 4-year-old helper

It ll be the very recipe I always have up my sleeve if I’m stuck for something tasty fast, so a great one to pass on live.

I will have loads of samples from the book on the day.

There may even be cake in the form of my famous broken biscuit chocolate cake ( there’s even talk of wine!)

It’s going to be the ultimate girlie day out ❤️

The Civic Theater is such a handy venue to get to from all over Ireland as its just 50-minutes luas ride from bus aras, you get the Tallaght tram no changing and it drops you right at the door of the civic at the last stop.

limited Tickets still available for my event priced at €8 euro ( €5 for students and OAP), it’s a small intimate venue and the tickets are selling like hot cakes so get in there quick!

You can purchase tickets here

I can’t wait to meet, feed and give you all the warmest welcome on the day.

See you there
