As some of you may know I’ve been trying to lose a few pounds the past few weeks.
and here’s why, although the majority of my recipes are low in fat and while homemade will always be better,
I’ve just ate my through a whole cookbook, I had to photograph 105 recipes. which meant cooking and tasting each and every one,
And while I was sending food out to half the neighborhood, Burgers for breakfast will never have a good waistline outcome!
So here I am, I’ve got the book all wrapped up and sent off to the publisher (eeek) and there’s a little extra of me to hold on to!
I’m Now on a mission, nothing unattainable, even if I lose a pound a week, I, ll be happy,
I basically want to get a nice dress for the book launch and feel good in it, that’s my only aim and motivation.
So this week I tried out Slimming friendly Bagels, putting my own twist on them by adding Parmesan and a few Italian herbs.
The finished result isn’t exactly bagel bar identical but they make a really good substitute.
