Pancakes four ways

we are huge fans of pancakes in yummy headquarters, it doesn’t need to be pancake Tuesday to enjoy them. I make my porridge pancakes most weeks, but I thought for the week that’s in it would be nice to make pancakes 4 ways.. from the syn free to the sinful. (if you can’t have sinful pancakes on pancake Tuesday when can you have them eh..? ) The syn free ones are for myself ( I’m trying to be good,) and you know they don’t taste half bad.  The porridge ones are great if you, re  trying to sneak the good stuff into the smallies (they are one of my most popular recpies since posting it last year) I’ve also added my regular pancake recipe, its one  (I’ve been using for years) My  the grande finale?  chocolate and butter milk pancakes, really sinful!!  they taste amazing topped with maple syrup and marshmallows

so its up to you, you can be  saintly or go the whole hog this pancake tuesday.. x
