W,e came back from a lovely week in The Algarve on Saturday, which resulted in having not much food supplies in… I was in no form to get a shop in, So I flew into lidl and picked up a pack of chicken breasts, a green pepper and a bag of onions (oh and a bottle of red.. just to had to finish off the holiday)
I was dieing for something really tasty, but kinda healthy, because I have to be honest, the holiday bloat had set in, (the wine and the food was amazing, I had to be a bit bold .. ) ” Yum” also had a full week of delicious pasta, but now fancied some chicken and rice, So when I served this up for us, she said oh ” i like you mam” … (talk about buttering me up,, when theirs food in front of her) she,s her mothers daughter 🙂
