Christmas Turkey Bites

I’m going to say it again.. (I can’t help it) In the words of NODDY HOLDER ITS Christmas!!!! With this recipe, I’m using Turkey mince as we are officially in turkey land. But Turkey mince can be a bit bland.   Its the flavours of cranberry and sage that turn this turkey Mince  into tiny morsels of Christmas (in every bite..) hence the name

I even carried out a scientific test on a few family members,  (I blindfolded them and asked them what they wee tasting, and waited for the answer.  A few smart Alecs said Its Christmas dinner”” without having to wait 4 hours on the turkey, and listen to my singing and Cracker jokes! ha ha guess where they won’t be on the 25th x  Enjoy christmas turkey bites

  2. These sound yummy and great fun to squish together and form with children (above the age at which they might stuff raw turkey mince in their mouth!). My two aged 5 and 6 would love these. Thank you for letting me know about the linky – great idea 🙂
