Easiest ever pizza (no yeast)

Hey yummy mummy,s and daddy,swpid-wp-1433865863282.jpeg

When the moon hits the sky like a big pizza pie……

This is a really quick pizza to make for lunch. By using self rising flour in the dough, the base will be soft and flaky with a biscuit feel. If you cut this into small soldier like strips it would make a perfect finger food for little mouths . Also you can get the older kids involved by helping x

Ingredients (the shortest list of all time )

  • 1 and a half cups of self raising flour (I use regular cups)
  • half table spoon of salt
  • a third cup of warm water
  • 3 table spoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons passata (sieved tomato)
  • tea spoon tomato puree
  • grated cheese
  • what ever toppings you have

Pre heat  oven to 180 C gas mark 4. Spray a  oven proof tray with olive oil. (no fancy pizza pans needed)

Put the flour and salt into a bowl. Make a well in the middle (a hole) add the water and oil and using a spoon mix from the middle out.dough

Put the dough on the center of the ovenproof tray and spread to the edges with your fingers.

Put the dish in the oven, center rack and bake for 15 mins. Until the top has formed a crust.

Take from the oven add  a spread of passata, tomato puree, cheese and what ever toppings you like. (we love ham and pineapple)

Bake for another 10 mins until cheese is melted and toppings are cooked xxwpid-wp-1433865875402.jpeg

serve for a quick lunch or perfect for a picnic. (a pizza that you know exactly whats gone in to it)xxx get messy and have fun  x
